At X Memorabilia, we aim to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy and process below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalised or customised items.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale."
    • Digital downloads or e-gift cards.

2. Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    Please include photographs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
    • Include the original packing slip and your RA# in the parcel.
    • Send the package to the return address provided in the instructions.
    • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as X Memorabilia is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 working days.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement item in your initial email. Availability of replacements is subject to stock levels.
