X Memorabilia Cancellation Policy

At X Memorabilia, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process for requesting cancellations and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return.
  • To improve your chances of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Cancellation Process

  1. Submit a Cancellation Request: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and a request to cancel.
  2. Confirmation: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. Dispatched Orders: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Instead, you may initiate a return under our Return Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

4. Special Conditions

  • Orders for personalised or customised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Digital downloads or e-gift cards are non-cancellable and non-refundable after purchase.
