At X Memorabilia, we are committed to delivering your signed collectibles securely and efficiently. We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition, whether you're in the UK or ordering internationally.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 11:00am (UK time) are typically processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Items signed at upcoming private signing sessions will be dispatched within 3–5 working days following completion of the signing event. Estimated signing dates are clearly stated on the relevant product page.

United Kingdom Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Small & Unframed Items) – Estimated delivery 2-3 working days. Shipping cost: FREE to Mainland UK.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Small & Unframed Items) – Estimated delivery 1-2 working days. Shipping cost: £6.00.
  • DHL Express (Framed & Larger Items) – Estimated delivery 1 working day after dispatch (mainland UK). Shipping cost: FREE to Mainland UK.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for DHL shipments.
  • All UK deliveries are fully tracked.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

  • DHL International (Fully Tracked) – Estimated delivery 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of your order.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Packaging & Protection

All memorabilia is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We use secure, protective packaging, and framed items are shipped in reinforced boxes designed to minimise risk during transit.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking details. If you require further assistance, contact us at sales@xmemorabilia.com and we will investigate promptly.

For UK deliveries, Royal Mail may consider an item lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. International timeframes may vary depending on destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
